Tandoori clay oven
An important part of Indian Cuisine
In European food culture Tandoori oven is pretty rare, but very common in Indian kitchen. The tandoori is a clay oven, which is heated much hotter than a usual electric oven, thus the food always turns out tender, juicy, and delicious.
Marinated and tandoori grilled chicken (Tikka Masala) is India’s favorite. This dish is also known in Europe. You can also prepare the Tikka Masala in a conventional oven where is the grill function.

Normally, the starter and the main course meals are served at the same time. And the items are placed in the middle of the table where everyone can gather ones favorite meals. The meal will be eaten with Chapati or Naan bread normally.
